I have managed to get the “extended touch” button back by running the application in compability mode for Windows 7, but that only brings lg l1730sf touch screen button back not the functionality.

It is an evaluation version only. To sum up, I have gotten the device to work, lg l1730sf touch screen it is not recognized as a HID device and therefore does not give me the “extended touch” functionality like hold to right click, show the keyboard sreen clicking input fields and so on.
